  • Utilities

    On behalf of Cyient Ltd, delivered an ESRI Utility Network implementation for Waipa Networks Ltd.

    Geospatial operations support, including python scripting and advisory to support asset management system integration for Aurora Energy Ltd.

    Partnered with Seamless to develop source-destination data mapping for a migration to the ESRI Utility Network data model for Buller Electricity.

    Working with Leva Advisory, provided business process analysis for Vodafone NZ.

  • Government

    Project managed and provided consultancy for development of roadmap for Canterbury Civil Defense and Emergency Management.

    Using the LINQ software platform, documented processes and developed commercial impacts for a business case to migrate raster datasets to cloud infrastructure for Environment Canterbury.

    Working with Deloitte NZ and Orbica Ltd, provided BA and PM expertise to document high-level census information requirements for Statistics NZ.

    Partnering with eiQ Ltd, provide advice to support strategic direction of geospatial technology for an environmental consultancy.

About

Geovolve is represented by Justin Fail. Justin is an IT/Data/GIS professional with over 25 years of both local and international work experience across multiple business segments.

He is focused on improving people skills and business processes via consulting, designing, and managing the implementation of IT projects with a geospatial component. Justin has extensive experience across both vendor-specific (eg. ESRI, Intergraph) and open-source platforms which allow him to deliver pragmatic solutions that best align with customer strategic and information management strategies.

His skills are best applied to organisations that need to implement and understand their business information via spatial and asset information management technologies.
